The company is owned by two Tanzanians by birth namely Iddy Shabani Zorawanga and Amini Mohamed Mshana.

The structural management of AMIDO EMPLOY COMPANY LTD comprises of a number of expertise experts who are allotted in different sections such as Finance, administration, Legal, Sales and Marketing. The management team comprises of Tanzanians only. The managing Director is the overall administrator assisted by Co-Director and Department Managers.
